Longtooth grouper

Family Serranidae. The length exceeds 1m, and it is the large fish with growing up to be 50kg. It inhabits reef in the warm sea, tastes very good. In Wakayama Prefecture, it is dealt with as a expensive fish. In Hidaka of Wakayama Prefecture, the precious festival of "Kue fesitval" is heid.
